Hard rock musician Steven Adler brings his dynamic sound to Las Vegas
Steven Adler’s got the band together again. Not the one he joined with Slash in 1985, but Adler’s Appetite, the one he plays in with longtime guitarist Michael Thomas, vocalist Ari Kamin, guitarist Alistair James and bassist Todd Kerns. Adler is once again preoccupied with whetting his appetite for destruction.
Adler left Guns N' Roses in 1990, but his fanbase remains avid. His playing on 1987’s Appetite for Destruction has a swing to it that set Guns N’ Roses apart from Sunset Strip peers. His extroverted happy-go-lucky personality, which really can’t be duplicated, comes through in his playing.
Expect a set chock-full of hits from Appetite for Destruction, hard rock radio staples and maybe a cover or two of classics by Mott the Hoople or Thin Lizzy, two of Adler’s favorite bands.
